Nissan Sales Expand in 2010;
Nissan’s sales for September have risen 34 percent compared to 2009 and are a sign that Nissan is making a recovery in key markets and starting to sell more of its Infiniti brand as well. Nissan’s Infiniti brand is in competition to Acura which is sold and repaired at Acura Service Orange. Nissan has made progress along with several other automakers this year after a somewhat dismal 2009 year that was one of the lowest years in recent history for auto sales. Hartford Honda Car Financing provides customers with financing options for a wide range of credit, and consumers are now being offered more options so that they can purchase vehicles which has resulted in more vehicle sales.

Nissan reported that it sold over 74,000 units this month as opposed to over 55,000 units in 2009 in the North American market. The Altima is one of the highest volume models for Nissan and other models that are selling well for Nissan include the Rogue and the Sentra.
Infiniti sales were also up for 2010 compared to 2009. Sales were up to over 8,300 units compared to over 6,600 units that were sold in 2009. The Infiniti lineup grew with every model growing in sales over September 2009. Nissan is making efforts to restructure its Infiniti marketing plan. Infiniti now has a Performance vehicle line that is catered more toward those who prefer sportier machines. Ben Poore, the Vice President of Infiniti’s Business Unit said, “Luxury buyers continue to respond to Infiniti’s promise of ‘Inspired Performance,’ with gains across every vehicle in the lineup over last September.”
Nissan will likely continue its expansion of its traditional lineups and its Infiniti luxury lineup, and Nissan hopes that sales for both lineups continue to be positive for the rest of 2010 and into 2011.
