Infiniti Boston is now carrying the all new, 2011 Infiniti G.  It was ranked number 7 out of 21 Upscale Midsize Cars.  With all the competition out there offering several engine choices Infiniti decided to step it up.  For 2011, Boston Infiniti Dealer is making the G25, which has a 2.5 liter V6 that is able to generate 218 horsepower.  Then there is also the G37, which carries a 3.7 liter V6 and generate 330 horsepower.

The 2011 Infiniti G has yet to be tested, but the 2010 Infiniti G37, which can be purchased at Used Car Dealer Pennsylvania, did very well.  They received five stars n all but one test.  They received four stars for protection it’s front seat passengers in a frontal impact crash tests. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave the 2010 model it’s highest ranking of “Good” on both frontal and side impact crash tests.  They did however receive a lower ranking of “Marginal” for it’s ability to prevent whiplash in a rear impact crash. 

Infiniti offers a very nice and extensive protection package.  It consists of a four year or 60,000 mile basic warranty and a six year or 70,000 mile powertrain and roadside assistance.  They also offer the Total Ownership Experience Program.  This program has several benefits that go way beyond a normal warranty package.  The dealer will provide a complimentary loaner vehicle whenever the G requires a warranty repair.  Also if a problem occurs more than a 100 miles from your home, Infiniti will cover certain “trip interruption expenses”, which include transportation, lodging and meals for the driver and passenger. 

The G also comes with a long list of safety features.  Some of them include; front, front side and full length head curtain airbags.  It also comes standard with anti-whiplash active head restraints for front seat passengers, four wheel anti-lock breaks, traction control and electronic stability control.  Infiniti also offers a Technology package.  This package has a preview braking which uses forward looking laser sensors to detect when a vehicle is approaching the rear of another vehicle and will prime the brakes with additional power in anticipation of a panic stop.  It will also cinche the safety belts during sudden braking.  This package can be added to the Journey, Sport and AWD models, but is not, however, is not available on the base model.

There is a similar finance option if you would prefer to have the 2011 Infiniti G37 sedan.  The car has a base price of $35,050 and you can take advantage of the 0.9% APR for a short 36 month term loan or the slightly higher 2.9% APR for 60 months.  There is also the lease option, but it requires that you put down an initial payment of $2,499 and then have a monthly payment of $359 for 39 months.  The lease offer gives you the G37 Journey plus the Premium Package upgrade.

Lastly in the G Series is the 2010 Infiniti G37 Coupe that has a base price of $36,050.  Infiniti is offering 0.0% APR for 36 months or 1.9% for 60 months.  This lower APR rate is being offered on the 2010 to help clear out the older inventory still on the lots.  Of course there is a lease option in the special, and after a $3,499 down payment it will cost you $339 monthly for 39 months.  The lease option also includes the Premium Package on the 2010 G37 Coupe Journey.

Infiniti has made some big moves by offering a performance vehicle line, and the company is hoping to continue to offer its vehicle line that will be competing with Honda Dealer Jackson and other dealerships throughout the country.  Also, check out your local Ford F-150 Inventory for the latest Ford models which are fuel efficient and high quality like many of Infiniti’s models.  Infiniti’s latest changes are part of a marketing campaign by Vice President Ben Poore, and the company will be offering luxury performance sedans to help it compete with automakers likes BMW and Mercedes who both have a line of performance sedans.

Infiniti will add 2 model variations this year to help it compete with AZ Volkswagen dealerships and others.  The company is looking to broaden its product lineup without having to add new body styles.  Check out your local Mazda 3 Deals for the Mazda 3 model which features several different features and a unique design.  Infiniti will use Nissan’s new high output direct injection turbocharged 4 cylinder engine in some of its models, and great 4 cylinder vehicle models can also be found at a Honda Washington DC dealership.

The new Nissan Juke crossover vehicle will feature this new 4 cylinder technology.  Ben Poore who is the vice president of the Infiniti business line told journalists during the month of May that dealers will receive two additional products in October or November.  One of the model offerings would be the “performance” lineup of the Infiniti G that has recently come out and the second model will be a volume segment model to appeal to a wider audience.

Infinti at the moment has too many market segments in which the company does not have a model to reach.  Infiniti’s current models are great for their respective model segments, but with the introduction of the new Infiniti G performance vehicle, Infiniti hopes to tap the segment of buyers who are interested in performance luxury vehicles and not just some of the best features and reliability.

Infiniti might also consider creating a flagship model to help the company brand itself.  At the moment, compared to automakers like Mercedes-Benz and BMW, Infiniti is still lacking that one flagship model series which can help the company build its identity and reputation.  Models like the Infiniti G and M are certainly great choices, but they are not quite unique and brandable as a model which would feature some of the latest in technology and performance like the BMW 5-Series or the Mercedes S Class.

Infiniti has released its first Performance Line coupe model. The model is called the Infiniti G and it features a 348 hp engine with chrome exhaust tips. The performance vehicle is a luxury sports coupe that is going to be shown this evening at a car shown in Pebble Beach, California. There are several sports coupes offered by competitors like the Chevy Corvette which can be purchased from a Sarasota Chevrolet Dealer. But the new Infiniti G will be a combination of luxury and high performance sporting capability. There are other sports models offered by Ford like the Mustang which can be seen at a Ford Lincoln Mercury Cincinnati dealership.

The sub-brand for the Infiniti line is intended to help the company compete against the likes of Mercedes and BMW who offer their own high end luxury sports coupes. Volkswagen, whose Volkswagen models can be purchased at a discount during VW Specials has offered its own performance Audi brand for some time. Nissan announced that they will release several models with the Infiniti Performance brand logo. The logo will be put on models that are a part of the subbrand, and many other automakers have preceeded Infiniti in producing performance luxury models. Even Toyota offers the Lexus F performance models, and BMW has offered the M performance models for some time.

Nissan will change all of that with their Infiniti G.  The Infiniti G features a 348 hp 3.7 liter V6 engine which is 18 more horsepower than the standard G37 coupe.  The performance model also gets 276 lb-ft of torque which is 6 more lb-ft than the standard G37.  There are other features included such as a rear spoiler, aluminum pedals, 19 inch seven spoke graphite wheels, a new engine cover, and an aluminum interior trim.  There is a different muffler used as well which offers different exhaust sounds on the model.

If you would prefer a larger vehicle, check out the M37, with a starting price of $46,250.  For the 2011 model, you can get 2.9% APR for 60 months until the end of September or you can lease the 2011 M37 for $579 a month for 36 months, plus $3,999 down.  The lease offers end August 2nd, same as the G class.   The 2011 M56 comes with the same purchase special rate, but it is going to cost extra to lease.  Down payment is $4,030 and then it is $749 per month for only 36 months.
